We offer a range of membership options to let you choose a commitment that’s going to fit your lifestyle. The quality of your health determines the quality of your life and at CrossFit Greater West we want to provide the best professional & safe environment whilst we work together in our community achieving your goals.

 

If you are new to CrossFit we recommend starting with an On-ramp session where you will take part in a beginners class with one of our trainers to learn the fundamentals of CrossFit and get up to speed for upcoming classes. This will enable you to gain the confidence to then jump straight into a class when you are ready to avoid feeling overwhelmed when initially starting.

 

The On Ramp session also includes a one on one screening with our on site physio (PRO-FORM Physiotherapy) to help our new members gain the most benefits from training and clear them of any risks that may cause injury. This will allow them to feel confident and safe when joining regular classes.
